We will work with you to reprint the order, but you will be responsible for the cost of the replacement order.
You may cancel your business card printing order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not begun. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, and refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.
